About Your Guide
I am Vickie Menendez, a Soul-Midwife and Sacred Passage Facilitator for those walking through profound transitions. I'm the author of The Mother of All Memoirs – Crystal's Butterfly Effect and Compass To The Soul – your healing companion.
After losing four of my children, including two just twelve days apart, I learned firsthand that grief is not something to “get over.” It is a spiral, a rhythm, a sacred teacher. My work weaves SOMA Breathwork, The MAP Method, sacred rituals, movement, and GRATITUDE into spaces that help people move beyond survival into soulful becoming. Let my more than 35 years of wisdom guide your journey.

Do I need experience with breathwork or rituals?
Not at all. Everything is guided gently and at your own pace.
Is this event only for parents who have lost children? No. While my path was activated by profound loss, this journey is for anyone in transition, anyone seeking renewal, safety, or deeper connection to self.
Will this be recorded? Yes, VIPs will receive replay access so you can return to the practices anytime.
What should I bring and how should I set up my space? A journal, a quiet space, headphones if possible, and an open heart. (Optional: a candle, water, or something meaningful to you for your altar space.) Breaks throughout Journey.
